CSA Group Testing Completed for Our Window & Door Systems
Testing of our aluminum window and door systems by CSA Group has been completed. The certificate is pending issuance. We are publishing this update now because Canadian buyers are usually told one of two things by suppliers: nothing at all, or a claim that turns out to be unverifiable. This is where we actually stand.
What has been done
CSA Group has completed testing of our window and door systems for the Canadian market. Testing covers the performance characteristics Canadian projects are evaluated on, and it follows the review of our manufacturing process that CSA conducted at our Foshan factory.
What we do not claim
We do not describe any system as CSA certified until the certificate is in hand. If a supplier tells you a product is certified, ask for the certificate number and the scope it covers — a test report is not a certificate, and a certificate for one system is not a certificate for a whole range.

What a certification label actually tells you
Efficiency labels carry the ratings of one specific tested assembly — U-factor, solar heat gain and visible transmittance belong to that product, not to a product category. When you see a label in a quotation, check that the manufacturer name, the system series and the glass build-up match what you are ordering.
What we can supply to a Canadian project today
- NFRC and AAMA test reports for US market performance
- Intertek test reports and CSI (Class A) report
- Shop drawings stamped with the system configuration and glazing build-up for your project
- Direct confirmation of the current CSA certificate status, in writing, before you specify
What happens next
When the certificate is issued we will update this page with the certificate scope and the systems it covers, and we will add the documentation to the download set provided with quotations. Until then, if you are working on a Canadian project with a fixed submission date, talk to us early — the configuration review usually takes longer than the paperwork.
For US projects nothing changes: our systems remain NFRC and AAMA tested, with project-specific reports available on request.
